When the two meet unexpectedly, they discover each others' secrets and develop friendship. Horimiya is a re-telling of the original 4-koma webcomic Hori-san to Miyamura-kun, drawn in standard manga format by Daisuke Hagiwara. It was released on February 2007 on HERO's website Dokkai Ahen in a four-panel format.
